Refund & Cancellation Policy

Please review the payment, cancellation, and refund terms applicable to SGS Hindu Matrimony services.

1. Service charges

Payments made on SGS Hindu Matrimony are collected toward profile registration, profile review, member portal access, and related matrimony service processing.

2. Cancellation requests

A member may request cancellation of a registration or service request by contacting the SGS Hindu Matrimony team. Cancellation eligibility depends on the stage of review, verification, and activation.

3. Refund eligibility

  • Duplicate payments made by mistake may be reviewed for refund after verification.
  • Failed transactions where money is debited but service is not confirmed may be reviewed and resolved.
  • Once profile review, verification, approval processing, or service activation has started, charges are generally non-refundable.
  • Rejection of a profile does not automatically guarantee a refund unless specifically approved after case review by the management team.

4. Refund processing timeline

Approved refunds, if any, are usually processed back to the original payment source within 7 to 10 business days, subject to banking and payment partner timelines.
